Additional
charges will be incurred for the following:

En route Trip Cancellation—If
the trip is cancelled while en route or after driver dsipatch,
customer incurs charges for the railroad or stack train
and shipping line. No charge is incurred for trips cancelled
before driver dispatch. Cancellations must be confirmed
via telephone and fax.
|
|
Out-of-Route Stops—Customer
charged per mile for additional pick-up and drop-off stops
outside of route. Customer receives one free hour for driver-standby.
|
|
Storage and Detention charges are billed to the customer.
